    It's generally best to fit to the hips. If between two sizes, opt for the middle size. You can also review our product comparison chart for recommendations on when to size up or down and contact us for advice, we're always happy to help!

    FIT and PERFORMANCE
    About the fit: These shorts are high-waisted and anti-camel toe. The fabric feels medium-weight, smooth, and supportive.
    For moms: This is a great style for new moms as the crotch is designed to sit away and not ride up for a comfortable fit. However, if you've recently had a cesarean it may not be a good choice due to the internal grippy elastic at scar level. For those expecting, these could be worn close to full-term in your normal size thanks to the extra stretchy waistband fabric.
    Inseam length: 7" — the necessary length to not ride up while running.

    PERFORMANCE:
    Technical features: stay-up, no camel toe, phone pockets, wicking, breathable, anti-bacterial, UPF 50+ sun protection, quick-dry, anti-pet hair, and anti-pill.
    Details: heat-activated grippy elastic inside the waistband.
    ♻️ SUSTAINABLE FABRIC
    Made from: post-consumer recycled plastic bottles
    Content: 300gsm, 88% recycled polyester / 12% spandex
    Aesthetic: Semi-glossy, like a pearl
    Fabric notes: this fabric is not completely squat-proof in a deep squat and is best worn with seamless, skin-colored undergarments.
