FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian and US orders over $150 CAD

Thanks to Sendle we're now able to offer our Canadian customers lower flat rates at checkout and carbon-neutral shipping, however please read our Ensure Safe Delivery section, below.

Canadian & US orders over $150 CAD - FREE

For Safe Delivery, PO Boxes, US and International orders, rates will be calculated at checkout by Canada Post. 

Ensure Safe Delivery

If planning to ship with Sendle, please ensure your address is a safe place for the driver to leave your package unattended, as signature is not required and the drivers won't knock on the door. They will scan the package and take a photo to confirm delivery. Once the delivery is confirmed, we are unable to make a claim for a lost or stolen package. Please use the Sendle toolbox by clicking on your tracking number to update delivery instructions or open an investigation.

If your address is not a safe place to have packages delivered this way, please opt for Canada Post shipping at checkout. 


    When will it ship?

    In-stock Collection: 1-3 business days

    Arriving Soon Collection: Check the ship date in the product title

    Pre-order Collection: 6-8 weeks after the pre-order closing date, in the product title.

    How long does shipping take?

    All shipping times are approximate:

    BC: 2-5 business days

    Alberta: 5-7 business days

    Across Canada: 4-9 business days

    For Sendle shipments that appear 'stuck', please click your tracking number to access the Sendle toolbox and open an investigation. For Canada Post shipments, please let us know and we will open a service ticket. 


    Please note you have 15 days from the confirmed delivery or pick-up notice of your order to initiate a return/exchange. Please review our returns page for full details. 

    The Holidays

    Please expect longer shipping times during the holidays.

    We enjoy time with our families, too. Our office will be closed for the holidays from the Friday before Christmas to the Monday after New Years. Thank you for understanding and we wish you and your loved ones a happy holiday!

    Customs Delays

    If your item appears to be stuck in US or International Customs for more than 5 business days, please let us know and we will open a service ticket with Canada Post. 

    Lost Packages

    For packages that seem to be lost in the mail, please contact us and our customer service team will open an investigation.
