Mail by Canada Post - while shipping rates are on the rise, we're doing our best to absorb the inflation and offer our customers flat rates.

Arriving soon items: Please check the product title in your order confirmation.

Pre-order items: Ship 6-8 weeks after the pre-order closing date.

If you need to update your delivery address or instructions, you can do this by clicking on your tracking number.

If you're having issues with the tracking or delivery of your order, please click on the tracking number to open a service ticket. The delivery drivers will often help to hide the package in a safe place and are required to confirm delivery by taking a photo. Please open a service ticket to receive the photo which may help to locate the delivered package.

If your tracking is not updating, please let us know and we can open a service ticket.

Delivery issues:

If your order says delivered and you have not received it, please complete the following steps:

    1. Check everywhere it might have been delivered, look for a parcel card in your post office box and call your local post office with the tracking number.
    2. Let us know within 3 days of the delivery notification so we can open a service ticket with Canada Post.
    3. Please ensure we have your phone number. Canada Post will call you to confirm non-delivery before opening an investigation.


Please note you have 15 days from the confirmed delivery or pick-up notice to initiate a return/exchange. Please review our returns page for full details. 

The Holidays

Please expect longer shipping times during the holidays.

We enjoy time with our families, too. Our office will be closed for the holidays from the Friday before Christmas to the Monday after New Years. Thank you for understanding and we wish you and your loved ones a happy holiday!

Customs Delays

If your item appears to be stuck in US or International Customs for more than 5 business days, please let us know and we will open a service ticket with Canada Post.
