Our Quality Assurance

All garments are hand inspected by our team and shipped with love. We won't ship anything with a visible flaw, however it's always a good idea to inspect your purchase before washing and wearing.

Return Policy - 15 days from the confirmed delivery or pickup notice

You have 15 days from the confirmed delivery or pickup notice to initiate a return or exchange request. We only accept returns of garments that are unwashed and unworn. Sale items discounted 25% or more are final sale. Inseam requests may be returned for store credit only. For washed and worn garments or past the return window, please refer to our TLC page.

As a slow fashion brand, we ask that you please inspect your purchase on arrival, even if you don't plan to wear it right away. Our 15 day return policy of faulty garments ensures we can repair and resell them in our markdown collection as part of our zero-waste, circular fashion initiatives.

Seam Warranty

Rest assured, this doesn't happen often especially since we've gone the extra mile to reinforce our seams. We inspect every pair to ensure the extra bartacks are there! As part of our quality assurance, we'll be happy to warranty a seam that unravels within 60 days of purchase due to a manufacturing error. Please submit a clear photo of the seam for warranty approval. Torn seams from pulling on the seam too hard are not covered.

Squamish Drop-off: Local customers may drop off at our HQ in Squamish. If we cannot repair the item in house, we'll time sending it to our local factory in Vancouver with our next production for repair. 

Out-of-town: While ship-back repair programs are customer-pleasing, they are not sustainable given the cost, carbon emissions and packaging waste. Instead, we hope you'll consider accepting a discount to cover the cost of local or self-repair as a more timely and sustainable solution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping will be at the customers expense, unless free return shipping has been approved for the exchange of a faulty item. For size exchanges, we will cover shipping the exchange item to you.

  2. Faulty items approved for free return shipping must be shipped via Canada Post or the US Postal Service lowest rate with tracking, and provide shipping receipt for reimbursement.

      Cancellations

      We will be happy to cancel orders that have not yet shipped, however note that pre-orders cancelled after the material has been cut will be subject to a 15% stocking fee, as these have been offered at a 20% discount and made to order.

      Holiday Gifts

      We will extend our return window until January 1st for items purchased in October thru December, as long as the items are unwashed and unworn and the order is marked as a gift.
